Return Policy

Before returning any merchandise, you must call or email us and have prior approval and a return authorization number assigned.

We are proud of the quality of the products we sell at BOVA Furniture and your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you for some reason are not satisfied with your purchase, a full refund (less shipping fees*) will be issued if merchandise is returned in its original packing and/or condition within 7 days. If the merchandise is not returned in its original packing and/or condition a restocking fee of 20% of the total order may be charged.

*The return freight charges must be paid for by the customer and the original freight charges are non-refundable. The return freight charge will be deducted from the amount refunded.

Please be aware that furniture is highly susceptible to damage during transit. We take great care to pack shipments so that they will arrive safely, so be sure to retain the original packing materials, original receipt and all merchandise tags for any item that you wish to return to us.

No returns accepted on Mattresses, futons, pillows, sleepers and other bedding items.
