Shipping

Generally, deliveries occur within our estimated lead times. However, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times. In case of any delay, from our estimated delivery time, we will notify you in advance.

In stock items normally ship within 3-4 working days. Made to order merchandise normally ship within 8-10 working days and special orders may vary depending on product and manufacturer.

Times quoted on the website are the estimated shipping times, please keep in mind that depending on your location, actual delivery may take 1-3 weeks longer. In case of any delays, we will notify you in advance.

We make every effort to stock as many of our products as possible, however there are occasions when stock does run out and Lead times vary depending on the vendor. Furthermore, with the large selection and options of color combinations, it is not possible to stock everything, but by using distribution centers throughout USA, our goal is to make lead times as short as possible.

Delivery charges may vary depending on your location and the type of delivery service you choose.

Generally, the delivery charges are based on "Standard" delivery, but for an extra charge, the delivery can be upgraded "White Glove Delivery". The different services include the following:

Standard Delivery: Standard curbside delivery with liftgate service. All merchandise must be inspected before signing.
White Glove Delivery: Inside placement, two flight of stairs, unpacking, debris removal, light assembly limited to 30 minutes.

Note: When choosing White Glove Delivery Service the area(s) where the furniture is going must be cleared and ready for placement of your new merchandise. The delivery crew can NOT move or dispose of any preexisting items.

We offer delivery to all of Continental USA (Except AK and HI)

We work hard to make sure your merchandise arrives to you in perfect condition. Unfortunately, accidents happen and your shipment or part of your shipment may arrive damaged. Therefore, make sure you inspect all items before the delivery people leave and make sure you make notes on the paperwork if there are any problems.
